Despite taking tons of photograph of those delicious 'yee sang', I forgot to keep it in my PC thus, no picture to post up. ARGH....
My first trip back to Ipoh, the land that breeds 'leng lui' after 3 months in Kiasu Land. I have no idea hometown can be so sweet! Home sweet home. First thing my mum told me :
Mum : Ah loi, I got joint venture with the next next door neighbour.
Me: Joint venture do what?
Mum : Joint venture do mini plantation.
Me: WAH SAI? where is the plantation.
Mum : *point to patch of land in front of house* neh, see that clearing opposite.
Me: Um..... grow what?
Mum: Pumpkin... later we can have some pumpkin to eat..
Unfortunately, I also didn't have the foresight to snap a picture of the patch of land. Next time.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I was quite sick during new year, so didn't get to eat as many food as I like. To compensate, I bought back my favorite 'kueh kah pet' or love letters, a jar of 'nga gu' and a packet of 'sak kei ma' for dear Moo Moo. But the best of all, I also bought my sister's PSP back..it's not food but.. yum yum.. can't wait to play with it!
